Accessibility Statement

How Formspring works toward WCAG 2.1 AA across the marketing site and the product dashboard.

Our commitment

We want Formspring to be usable by everyone, regardless of ability or assistive technology. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we design and test the marketing site and the product dashboard against those criteria.

Conformance status

Formspring is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. - Embedded third-party content (for example, the payment checkout and the CAPTCHA widget) is outside our direct control. - Complex dashboard tables are being reviewed incrementally for full keyboard navigation and screen-reader labelling.

Known limitations

- Some data visualizations currently provide a text summary as a fallback and will be made fully auditable in 2026. - The CAPTCHA component is delivered by a third-party provider; an audio alternative is available.
