Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan never asks for one. Payment details are only entered when upgrading.
What happens if I exceed my plan's submissions?
Formspring notifies you and pauses new submissions until the next month or until you upgrade. Existing data is never deleted. Submissions that are dropped while you are over quota are also not silently accepted - the form action returns HTTP 402 so your client knows.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Annual billing saves roughly two months versus monthly. Pick yearly at checkout, or contact support to switch an existing subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Within 30 days of the first paid invoice, no questions asked. After that, prorated cancellations to the day.
Do you offer non-profit or open-source discounts?
Yes - contact support with a short summary of your project for a discounted Team plan.
