What happens if I exceed my plan's submissions?
We notify you and pause new submissions until next month or until you upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Annual billing saves you two months - write to us if you'd like to switch from monthly.
Can I get a refund?
Within 30 days of your first paid invoice, no questions asked. After that, we prorate cancellations to the day.
Do you offer non-profit or open-source discounts?
Yes - write to us with a quick summary of your project and we'll set you up on a discounted Team or Scale plan.
