Link in bio refers to the single landing page creators and businesses put in a social profile that allows only one clickable link. Rather than waste that one link on a single destination, the link-in-bio page lists several - latest content, shop, newsletter, contact - under one short, memorable URL, so a profile can point to everything at once.

A basic link-in-bio page is just an ordered list of links with an avatar and headline. A more capable one can host a real contact or signup form on the page itself, so the page captures leads into data you own rather than linking out to a third-party tool, and can reuse branded short links so a link on the page and the same link in a campaign share one set of click analytics.
