Board modes

open	Ideas and comments publish immediately
pre_moderate	Submissions queue in the inbox until approved
private	Only the submitter (visitor hash) and your team see ideas

Inbox

Feedback → Inbox lists pending posts and comments. Approve or reject; approved posts increment the public board count and fire feedback.post.created webhooks.

Statuses

Default workflow columns are seeded on board create (Open, Under review, Planned, In progress, Shipped, Declined). Customize names, colors, roadmap visibility, and terminal flags under Settings → Statuses.

Tags

Create tags under Settings → Tags, then attach them on each idea’s detail page.

Merge duplicates

On Post detail, pick a merge target to combine votes and comments into the canonical idea.

Spam controls

Enable hCaptcha in board settings to gate public submit and vote. Boards also support honeypot fields, custom keyword/regex rules, and optional Akismet (same pipeline as forms and polls).
